Broom Tree Youth & Family Camp is open year-round!


To request a date, click on the Make A Reservation link below to fill out the Booking Inquiry form.  One of our staff will get back to you to confirm availability.


Please note:

  • You may request a reservation after January 1 for the following year.
  • Requests will be reviewed for availability in the order received.
  • Youth Camps and Diocesan groups, as well as other groups that come annually, receive priority in scheduling. 
  • Summer weekends require a two-night minimum stay for cabin and campsite reservations
  • The following holiday weekends require a three-night minimum stay: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.

MAKE A PAYMENT OR dEPOSIT

payment information

To reserve facilities at Broom Tree Youth & Family Camp:

  • A deposit of 50% of the total cost (excluding tax) is due upon confirmation of the date and receipt of the Use Agreement.
  • The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. 
  • A complete invoice (less the deposit) will be provided 90 days prior to arrival.
  • Payment is due in full upon receipt of the invoice.
  • Broom Tree accepts all forms of payment.
